TIPS NAMBAH BERAD BADAN KITA !!
Hai,
berat badan, kurus gemuk disamping dipengaruhi oleh faktor pola makanan juga karena keturunan,
jadi kalau dalam keluarga anda tidak terdapat faktor keturunan, maka cara dibawah ini dapat membantu anda
a. ingatlah berat badan yg normal adalah tinggi badan anda
dikurangi 110.
itulah berat badan yg normal
b. buatlah pola / menu makanan yg teratur untuk anda
hindari makanan yg berlemak, karena kalau ingin gemuk berisi lalu anda makan apa saja yg berlemak dengan tujuan anda akan menjadi gemuk, itu salah !.
pagi ; sarapan pagi- anda harus sarapan pagi
pilihlah kesukaan anda, bubur ayam atau
nasi goreng, atau roti
minumlah segelas air susu.
siang ; anda harus makan siang yang bergizi, pilihlah kesu
kaan anda, mungkin lontong sayur, sepiring gado-gado atau ketoprak, itu sehat juga demikian anda mengambil sayur dalam menu anda.
atau anda lebih baik makan roti, makanlah dengan isi daging atau tomat dan salade.
makanlah buah kesukaan anda, apa saja
minumlah jus buah-buahan
lakukan olah raga, supaya apa yg masuk dibadan dapat dicerna dengan baik.
minumlah air putih- sebab air putih lebih sehat daripada cocacola atau sprite.
malam ; santaplah makan malam yg menurut selera anda
tutuplah dengan buah-buahan
malam sebelum naik tidur, minumlah segelas susu hangat.
disamping tidur anda akan pulas juga menambah gizi.
dan baik untuk tulang
c. hiduplah dengan pola hidup yang sehat, dalam arti tidak merokok seperti kereta api, hentikan kopi yang berturut-turut, serta tidak konsumsi alkohol
istirahat yg cukup, jadi hindarkan begadang yg tidak perlu.
memperhatikan pola hidup dengan seksama, baik dalam makanan dan minuman juga olah raga yg teratur, adalah cara mendapatkan kenaikan berat badan yg alami dan sehat,
